PT Flamboyan Gemajasa merupakan Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (P3MI) yang resmi dan terdaftar di Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia.
Persoalan yang sering muncul dalam Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) di luar negeri adalah masih lemahnya perlindungan TKI dari pra penempatan, masa penempatan dan pasca penempatan. Khususnya TKI yang bekerja di sektor rumah tangga (TKI Informal). Kasus yang sering terjadi TKI yang bekerja di Arab Saudi.
Kalau kita mau melihat data tentang penyediaan tenaga kerja, tingginya angka kemiskinan dan sumber penerimaan devisa Negara, penempatan TKI di luar negeri sangat mempunyai andil dalam menyelesaikan persoalan di atas.
